I have no cartilage left in either knees and have been living with chronic pain for in excess of 10 years. Previously, I have tried all sorts of creams and rubs. I use lip balm all the time. I keep one on my bedside table and another in my bag. Since using it I have only suffered with cold sores when I have not had any lip balm hand (when I ran out!). It protects my lips on windy days, at the beach and also when I have been dehydrated on night shift. As soon as my lips feel hot and dry, I apply liberally and don’t have the cracked bleeding lips I have suffered with previously. I highly recommend it for everyone.
